Tell us a little about yourself: I’m a multi published author under two pen names. As Tina Gerow I write paranormal romance with snarky, strong heroines and hunky, kick ass heroes. As Cassie Ryan I write erotic paranormal romance. Still with snarky, strong heroines and hunky, kick ass heroes, but with smokin’ hot and kinky love scenes and out of this world paranormal!
I live in Phoenix with my two favorite men – my son Darian and my husband Jon, a huge Maine Coon cat (16 pounds of fluffy sweetness) and an adorable black kitten.
When I’m not writing I’m an active speaker and online teacher for a multitude of writing related and motivational subjects.

When did you get your first tattoo? I got my first tattoo – the "Jon & Tina forever" one when I was 34, just before my husband and I got married. I wanted a tattoo and didn’t have any idea what I wanted and what I would love long term. When he came up for the idea for that I loved it, and once I saw the design I was hooked!
When did you get your last tattoo? I sold my first book in 2005 even after being told that only one person in a million gets a book contract. I’m so glad I didn’t buy into that!! I wanted something that represented my dreams coming true, and Tinkerbell fit the bill!
Do you have a favorite? They are both my favorite in their own way. I think once I get the first one touched up and it looks great like it did when I first got it that will go back to being my favorite just because it represents my wonderful husband and I :)
Is there a special meaning behind any of your tattoos? Oops – I guess I put that up earlier….
Are you planning on getting anymore? I would love to get more, but once again, I don’t have any idea what I want or where I d like to get it. I do still have a few spots that won’t sag when I m 80, so I'm good to go once I figure out what I want. I need to get my first one touched up and then look for a third one. I’m waiting for an idea to fall in love with :)
