My Thoughts:

The Fault in Our Stars is one of those books that I had heard amazing things about but for some reason I kept putting off reading it.  It didn't take me long after starting it before I realized that putting this book off was a big mistake.  TFIOS is by far the most beautifully heartbreaking book that I have read. 

This books follows Hazel Grace who was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at age 13, now at age 16 she is bound to an oxygen tank.  Hazel is forced by her mother to join a Cancer Support group, where she meets Augustus (Gus), who quickly catches her attention. 

Hazel is such a strong character, I loved her sense of humor and the fact that she didn't let her illness affect the way that she wanted to live her life.  Gus is such a witty and charismatic guy who has such a big heart that you couldn't help but to fall in love with him right along with Hazel. 

If your looking for a inspirational book that will move you and having you thinking about it for days after you finish it then you should definitely pick this up.  This book is a tragic and heartbreaking story that will make you smile and laugh as well as cry. The Fault in Our Stars isn't just a 'Cancer Book', it's a epic love story that I would recommend everyone read.
