it's almost
time for war.
Juliette has escaped to Omega Point. It is a place for people like her—people with gifts—and it is also the headquarters of the rebel resistance.
She's finally free from The Reestablishment, free from their plan to use her as a weapon, and free to love Adam. But Juliette will never be free from her lethal touch.
Or from Warner, who wants Juliette more than she ever thought possible.
In this exhilarating sequel to Shatter Me, Juliette has to make life-changing decisions between what she wants and what she thinks is right. Decisions that might involve choosing between her heart—and Adam's life.

"Hell is empty. And all the devils are here."
It has been a while since I read Shatter Me so I put off reading this book for a while in fear that I wouldn’t be able to get back into the story. But, I was entirely wrong. Once I picked this book up, I fell right back into this world and I LOVED every minute of it.
Juliette is torn in a lot of different ways in this book but that’s what makes her human, I’m sure we’ve all been through something in our lives that we’ve had trouble with making a decision. Also, I must admit that when reading and after finishing Shatter Me, I was on Team Adam and after finishing Unravel Me, I have switched sides. I have now joined the ranks of Team Aaron Warner.
This series is has some of the most beautifully written books that I have ever read. Mafi’s writing style is so unique and stunning that it’s so easy to fall in love with this story and these characters. Unravel Me will leave you breathless and wanting more. Mere words cannot express just how much I NEED Ignite Me.
Oh, one more thing….CHAPTER 62. That is all.
I loved this book too, but I'm still Team Adam! Warner...yes, I get it, he's tortured and yes, Chapter 62, but still. He's a sociopath and a bit stalkery. I have a feeling I'm going to be disappointed in what happens in Ignite Me as far as this triangle goes. But I have to say, the author has done an amazing job of creating a complex villian who has truly become a viable romantic interest...that takes talent. Glad you enjoyed it! ~Pam
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more, this book was amazing! I was Team Adam at first too, but this book definitely changed that! I'm so excited for Ignite Me!
ReplyDeleteWOOHOO! Go Team Warner XD I couldn't agree more with your thoughts on this one, since Unravel Me was probably one of my favorite books to date. And as for Chapter 62... time for a re-reread! HAHA! I'm glad you picked up this book, and amazing review there :)
